I have a bachelor's degree in Applied Physics from Whitworth University and another bachelor's degree from Columbia University in Electrical Engineering. I am back at Columbia University right now working on my master's degree in Electrical Engineering. Tutoring has been a constant through college for me and still is. I've tutored students in Algebra, Calculus, Electronic Circuits, and Electrical Engineering. I am a graduate teaching assistant at Columbia University and I also provide help to undergraduate electrical engineering students at the college. I have a lot of knowledge to share on numerous subjects and the reason that I tutor is to spread that knowledge. A few of the subjects that I tutor students in currently are Algebra, Calculus 1 & 2, Electrical Engineering, and Computer Engineering. It is my belief that for a student to succeed they must have a desire to learn and they have to be taught at their level. Engineering isn't exactly the most attractive subject or easiest subject to learn. I find out my students' learning styles and tailor everything to them individually in order to ensure success. When I am not tutoring, I enjoy soccer, longboarding, and snowboarding.
